The important value of laboratory animals is animal experiments; the highest stature of animal experiments is combined with clinical medicine. It is important that we combine animal experiments with clinical medicine though establishment of experimental animals to increase a solid fulcrum for the management of laboratory animals. Also it could greatly promote the development of life science. Therefore, we must provide a complete of animal experiments management system for the good animal experiments' platform. The significance of this study is to improve the related sessions of animal experiment management in medical research center, provide the reference standard of domestic laboratory animal center/room and expand disciplines. The purpose of this study is to provide the practical foundation for the development of disciplines.
