Objective To study the function of ovary after ovary allotransplantation. Method The ovary allotransplantation of 10 days mice were performed to 1 month mice, which is the same strain or has the same genetic gene, the reproduction of the ovary receptors were observed, and PCR were used to test the little new-born. Result The result indicated that the transplanted ovary could recover, maintenance, and reproduce normal newborn, the newborns were come from the oocytes from the transplanted ovary. Conclution The ovary allotranplantation was successful.
