    Abstract:

    Objective In this paper, recent advances in research on the effects of vitamine E on immunity, reproduction and development in humans and animals were reviewed. It was shown that proper amount of vitamin E may promote evidently cellular and humoral immune responses, while dietary vitamin E deficiency can lead to impaired immune function, reduce resistance to diseases and result in abnormality of reproduction and development in human beings and animals.
