    Abstract:

Objective To explore the influence of Sumianxin(SMX),a composite anesthetic, anesthesia on haemodynamics, hematology, blood biochemical and blood gas indexes in rabbit. Methods Arterial and venous blood samples of the rabbits were collected before and after anesthesia with SMX to analyze the changes of hematologic, blood biochemical and blood gas parameters. The SMX was injected at a dose of 0.2 mL/kg body weight into the hind leg muscles of the rabbits.Three minutes later, the rabbits became anesthized. The carotid artery was cannulated to monitor the arterial blood pressure in each rabbit. The respiration rate and heart rate were monitored by the non-invasive electrocardiogram monitor.15 minutes after anesthesia, the arterial and venous blood samples of the rabbits were drawn for hematology, blood biochemical and blood gas analyses.Result 1.Compared with those before anesthesia,MCHC,PCT increased, and RDW-CV decreased significantly after anesthesia(P<0.05).The changes of hematological parameters were not significantly(P>0.05).2.Compared with those before anesthesia,Cr decreased very significantly after anesthesia(P<0.01),GLU,CK,CK-MB increased significantly(P<0.05),Mg increased significantly(P<0.05),and P increased very significantly(P<0.01).Other indexes of blood biochemicals were not changed significantly(P>0.05).3.Compared with those before anesthesia,PCO_2 increased very significantly(P<0.01),TCO_2,Beecf and HCO~-_3 increased significantly(P<0.01),and K~ decreased significantly after anesthesia(P<0.05).Other indexes of blood gas analysis were not increased or decreased significantly(P>0.05).4.Compared with those before anesthesia,MAP,RR,HR decreased after anesthesia. Conclusion Hemodynamics, hematology, serum biochemicals and blood gas were significantly influenced by SMX anesthesia in rabbits.
