By surgical installation of chronic portal, hepatic, mesentcric vein and femoral artery multi-catheters, the variation of marry nutrients and bioactive substances in animal body can be investigated quantitatively and the metabolic status in body can be fully evaluated. It has significance in research work and also has important application value on pharmacokinetic study. The detailed installation method of chronic portal, hepatic, mesentefic vein and femoral artery multi-catheters was introduced in this paper.
