    Abstract:

    Obesity may occur after long period disorders in appetite and energy metabolism regulations which are controlled by some specific biological factors. Over the past 10 years, great progress has been made in understanding of the pathophysiology of obesity and the interactions between genetic predisposition and environment to weight gain and experimental studies on obesity animal modeds as well.
