    Abstract:

Objective To investigate whether there is any injury in kidney after intestine ischemia-reperfusion in dogs in accordance with the concentration change of nitric oxide(NO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD), and expression of c-Fos,bax,bcl-2 in Kidney of dogs. Methods The superior mesenteric artery was ligated for 30 min to establish intestine ischemia-reperfusion model in dog, and the NO and SOD in vein blood were assayed both before ligation and reperfusion in 0,30,60 min, 4 d, 7 d; then the expressions of c-Fos,bax,bcl-2 in kidney in experimental and control groups were studied at 0,30,60 min, 1 d,4 d,7 d. Results After intestine ischemia-reperfusion the concentration of NO from vein blood increased except 4 d group, and the concentration of SOD increased significantly (P<0.01); the expression of c-Fos was extremely high (P<0.01); the expression of bax was gradually increased, and the significant difference appeared in 30 min and late groups (P<0.01); the expression of bcl-2 didn't appear in 0 min, but appeared in 30 min and late groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The free radical increase after intestinal ischemia-reperfusion resulted in the change of c-Fos, bax,bcl-2 expression in the kidney, which may lead to kidney injure.
