    Abstract:

Following the microinjection procedure the eggs must be transferred to pseudopregnant recipient mothers. The oviduct transfer is preferably performed on the same days as the microinjections and it can minimize the time in culture compared with uterus transfer. Ordinary oviduct transfer is not easy because the infundibulium is hidden with the coils of oviduct, and the bursa must be torn and it frequently causes breeding. So, we directly make oviduct incision outside of the bursa just near the ampulla and eggs are transferred into ampulla. The new approach is easy because it can avoid breeding and the swollen ampulla is used as a good marker. This new approach will impove the efficiency of embryo transfer.
