    目的 探讨长爪沙鼠糖尿病近交系培育过程中血液生理生化指标动态变化及其规律?方法 参考前期的研究方法,应用生化分析仪?血细胞分析仪,检测糖尿病长爪沙鼠近交系F9 ~ F14 代繁殖动物17 项血液生化和22 项血常规指标,并绘制其动态曲线?结果 从检测结果和动态曲线变化看,F9 ~ F14 代动物的尿酸 (URIC)?乳酸脱氢酶(LD)?肌酸激酶(CK)?淀粉酶(AMY)?血糖(GLU)?单核细胞百分数(MON%)?平均血红蛋白含量(MCH)?平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)?平均血小板体积(MPV)随代数增加呈现上升趋势;总胆固醇(CHOL)?嗜酸性粒细胞直接计数(EOS)?嗜酸性粒细胞百分数(EOS%)?红细胞(RBC)?红细胞压积(HCT)?血红蛋白 (HGB)呈现下降趋势;白蛋白(ALB)?总蛋白(TP)?甘油三酯(TG)?高密度脂蛋白(HDL)?尿素氮(BUN)?总胆红素(TBIL)?肌酐(CRE)?碱性磷酸酶(ALP)?谷草转氨酶(AST)等其余指标总体趋势比较平稳?结论 糖尿病近交系动物培育中血液生理生化随着近交代数的增加会发生变化,尤其是糖代谢和脂代谢相关指标高于其他动物,提示其糖尿病动物的疾病特征,也说明定向的近亲繁殖和培育对其血液生理生化指标具有一定的影响?

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the variations of blood biochemical and physiological characteristics in the process of breeding inbred diabetic Mongolian gerbils. Methods A total of 17 blood biochemical and 22 physiological indexes of blood samples from F9 to F14 progenies were tested using an automatic biochemical analyzer and automatic blood cell analyzer. Results The results showed that uric acid (URIC), lactate dehydrogenase (LD), creatine kinase (CK), amylase (AMY), glucose (GLU), percentage of mononuclear cells (MON%), mean corpuscular hemoglobin content (MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), and mean platelet volume (MPV) increased with an increasing number of generations. Meanwhile, cholesterol ( CHOL), eosinophil direct count ( EOS), percentage of eosinophils ( EOS%), red blood cells ( RBC), hematocrit ( HCT), and hemoglobin ( HGB) decreased with the generations. The levels of albumin (ALB), total protein (TP), triglyceride (TG), high?density lipoprotein (HDL), urea nitrogen (BUN), total bilirubin (TBIL), creatinine (CRE), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), and the other indexes remained stable. Conclusions The blood biochemical and physiological indexes vary across the generations in the process of inbreeding diabetic gerbils, especially for those indexes related to glucose and lipid metabolism, which are indicators of the pathogenic characteristics of diabetes. The findings also imply that selective inbreeding exerts an influence on the animals’ biological characteristics.
