| Objective To develop an easy and simple method of establishing mouse model of paraquat-induced pulmonary fibrosis.Methods Thirty-three C57BL/6J mice were divided randomly into the experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=3).Paraquat(10 mg/kg) was administrated to the animals of the experimental group by a single intraperitoneal injection.The mice were killed on the day 2,5,7,14 and 28 after paraquat administration.The mice in the control group were treated by an intraperitoneal injection of physiological... |
