| Objective To explore the correlation of the hairless nature of Uncv hairless mice with the hairless gene(hr).Methods Based on the nucleotide sequence of hr gene of mice published in GenBank,five pairs of primers were designed and the CDS sequence of the hr gene of Uncv mice were cloned by RT-PCR.Result A full-length CDS se-quences(3546 bp) of the hr gene of Uncv mice and wide-type BALB /c mice were obtained.The length and sequence of hr gene of Uncv mice were fully consistent with that of BALB /c mice,and t... |
