间质性膀胱炎(interstitial cystitis,IC),也称膀胱疼痛综合征( bladder pain syndrome,BPS),是泌尿外 科常见疾病之一,发病机制复杂,现缺乏标准的 IC 动物模型来进行全面深入的研究。 目前,IC 模型包括化学药物 膀胱灌注、环磷酰胺腹腔内注射、自身免疫性膀胱炎、神经源性炎症及心理和生理压力/ 自然模型等,每种模型都有 其优缺点。 本文就近年来 IC 动物模型的研究进展做一综述。
Abstract:
Interstitial cystitis (IC), also known as bladder pain syndrome, is a common urological disease. As the IC pathogenesis is complex, no standard animal model has been established for the comprehensive and in-depth study of IC. Current IC models include intravesical infusion of chemical drugs, intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide, autoimmune cystitis, neurogenic inflammation and psychological and physiological stressors/ natural models. Each model has advantages and disadvantages. This paper reviews the research progress on animal models of IC.
