      目的 比较 C57BL/ 6J、BALB/ c、ICR 品系小鼠学习记忆能力的行为学差异。 方法 按品系将 10 周雄性 C57BL/ 6J、BALB/ c、ICR 品系小鼠分为三组,每组 10 只,进行旷场实验、Barnes 迷宫实验、Y 迷宫实验、条件恐惧实验,比较三个品系小鼠学习记忆能力。 结果 旷场实验,C57BL/ 6J 组总移动距离、大移动距离、速度、中央区移动距离百分比、中央区停留时间少于 ICR 组和 BALB/ c 组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 01、P<0. 05);C57BL/ 6J 组小运动移动距离多于 ICR 组和 BALB/ c 组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 01、P<0. 01); Barnes 迷宫实验测试阶段, C57BL/ 6J 组与 ICR 组在目标区域停留时间大于 BALB/ c 组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 01、P<0. 05)。 Y 迷宫实验三组小鼠自发转换率,进臂停留时间与次数等差异均无统计学意义。 条件恐惧实验中三组小鼠僵直时间百分比差异均无统计学意义。 结论 三个品系中,C57BL/ 6J 小鼠自发活动最低,旷场实验焦虑水平最高,空间参考记忆优于 ICR 组和 BALB/ c 小鼠,三个品系空间工作记忆及空间识别记忆无显著性差异。
英文摘要:
      Objective To compare learning-memory ability in C57BL/ 6J, BALB/ c, and ICR mice. Methods Adult male mice were divided into three groups with 10 C57BL/ 6J, BALB/ c, or ICR mice in each. The learning-memory ability of the three mice strains was evaluated via the open-field test, Barnes maze test, Y-maze test, and fear-conditioning test. Results In the open-field test, the total distance, largest distance, velocity, center distance / total distance, and the center time were significantly lower in the C57BL/ 6J group compared with the BALB/ c and ICR groups (P< 0. 01, P<0.05). The small distance in the C57BL/ 6J group was significantly greater than that in the BALB/ c and ICR groups (P< 0. 01, P< 0. 05). In the Barnes maze test, the latency to reach the entry zone was significantly lower in the C57BL/ 6J group compared with the BALB/ c and ICR groups in the learning stage on the second and fourth days ( P< 0. 05, P< 0. 05). In the test phase, the time spent in the entry zone in the C57BL/ 6J and ICR groups was significantly greater than that in the BALB/ c group (P< 0. 01, P< 0. 05). In the Y maze test, we found no significant differences in spontaneous alternations, time spent in each arm, and number of arm visits among the three groups. In the fear-conditioning test, the percentage of freezing time among the three groups was not significantly different. Conclusions In the open-field test, C57BL/ 6J mice exhibited the lowest spontaneous activity level and the highest anxiety level. In the maze test, spatial reference memory in C57BL/ 6J mice was superior to that of BALB/ c and ICR mice. There were no statistically significant differences in spatial working memory or spatial recognition memory among the 3 strains.
