    脑缺血/ 再灌注损伤(cerebral ischemia / reperfusion injury,CIRI)是影响急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)患者预后的重要病理生理过程,其机制较为复杂,至今尚未完全明确。 长链非编码 RNA(long non-coding RNA,LncRNA)为非编码 RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA)中的一类,早期研究多关注于其与肿瘤密切相关。 近年来研究发现,LncRNA 与 CIRI 的病理生理过程同样存在密切关系,可通过影响神经系统的氧化应激、细胞自噬及凋亡,炎症反应等机制,参与 CIRI 的损伤或修复过程,正向或反向调节 CIRI 的进展,并在所涉及的相关信号通路中扮演重要角色。 因此,本文就 LncRNA 在 CIRI 中参与调控的相关机制进行综述。

    Abstract:

    Cerebral ischemia / reperfusion injury ( CIRI ) is a pathophysiological process affecting the prognosis of patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS). Its mechanism is complex and remains unclear. Long noncoding RNA ( LncRNA) are a class of non-coding RNA ( ncRNA). Early studies of LncRNA focused on their relationship with tumor-related diseases, but recent studies have found that they are also closely related to the pathological process of CIRI. LncRNA participate in the damage and repair processes of CIRI by affecting oxidative stress, autophagy, and apoptosis of the nervous system, as well as the inflammatory response and other mechanisms.They can regulate the progression of CIRI in a positive or negative way, and they play an important role in the related signaling pathways. This review focuses on the mechanisms by which LncRNA regulate CIRI.
