| Animal welfare plays a very important role in atrial fibrillation animal model experiment.Laboratory animals suffer pain of physical and mental experience.Animal welfare also influents the outcome data from the experiment.This review describes a a variety of of refinings in before during and after surgery of atrial fibrillation animal model experiment.including the improvement of Pre-operative animal acclimatisation Surgical expertise technique Post-operative animal management and evaluation Anesthesia and pain management. |
