Abstract:
      Airway remodeling is one of the most complicated pathological characteristics of chronic asthma. The establishment of an animal model of bronchial asthma with airway remodeling characteristics has great significance to evaluate treatment efficacy and to elucidate the pathological mechanisms of chronic asthma. Based on the analysis and comparison of published asthma animal models, the method ology of feasible animal models of airway remodeling for bronchial asthma was summarized in the current review.
