    Abstract:

Uterine fibroids are benign tumors formed by hyperplasia of uterine smooth muscle tissue, and are the most common tumors in women, but their exact cause has not yet been determined. Hysteromyoma is a common clinical feature of hysterectomy. However, hysterectomy can seriously impair fertility. For asymptomatic women who wish to maintain their reproductive health, medication remains the optimal choice. Therefore, animal models are necessary to explore the pathogenesis of fibroids and to develop effective drugs for clinical application.
