    Abstract:

Chinese medicine has significant advantages in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) induced by oxaliplatin. However, its application method and specific mechanisms need to be studied further. Therefore, a more precise understanding of the development of clinical diseases is required. Animal models are used as research vectors. This article provides an in-depth discussion on the establishment of acute and chronic models of CIPN induced by oxaliplatin in recent years, and their evaluation for the application of traditional Chinese medicine to provide reference for future research.
