| Abstract: |
| Animal models can simulate the pathogenesis, pathological changes and clinical symptoms of vascular dementia seen in humans, and provide new ideas for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of vascular dementia,therefore, important for research of vascular dementia. This paper reviews the rat modeling method for vascular dementia,and provides references for researchers regarding selection of animal models. |
