    Abstract:

    Immunotherapy has shown significant efficacy in the treatment of many tumors. Natural killer cells play a key role in the identification and eradication of tumors and have great potential for tumor treatment. This paper summarizes the progress of research on natural killer cells as well as their mechanism of action and associated clinical treatments, providing a reference for future applications and basic research on the use of natural killer cells in tumor therapy.
