Abstract:
      Objective To investigate the effect of curcumin on bronchopulmonary dysplasia induced by hyperoxia in neonatal rats and explore its potential mechanism.Methods Eighty SD newborn rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: room air group,hyperoxia group,hyperoxia + vehicle group,hyperoxia + curcumin group.Pathomorphology of the lungs was observed with hematoxylin-eosine staining.Cell apoptosis in the lung tissue was detected by TUNEL staining.The expression of activated caspase-3 was detected by immunohistoche...
