| Objective To study the nutrition approach for lumbar intervertebral disc cartilage in normal goat.Methods Eight 24-month-old healthy adult goats were included in this study.There were four lumbar intervertebral discs for each goat,and there were a total of 32 lumbar intervertebral discs.After anesthesia of the goats,The signal changes of regions of interest were observed by dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance scan.On the time points before en-hancement,and 0 min,5 min,10 min,30 min,1 h,1.5 h,2 h,2.... |
