| The traditional polymerase chain reaction(PCR)technique played a very important role in detection of nuclear acids.Recently,based on PCR,the real-time PCR that can quantitate the products of PCR have been developed and applied in various fields,especially in detection of viral pathogens.In this review,the real-time PCR technique and its application will be introduced. |
