Abstract: |
ObjectiveTo investigate SARS virus in animals . MethodsThe secretions of respiratory t ract and swallow swab were examined by using nested RT-PCR,and the sera were det ected by ELISA. Result and conclusion84 swab samples w ere collected from monkeys, dogs, paguma larvata, etc. No SARS coronavirus s equen ces were amplified from these samples. Murine coronavirus antibody of 52 sera i s positive from 373 mice sera and 198 rat sera detected by ELISA. Investigation of source of SARS is very important for the managemetn of SARS. |
