| Objective\ To further identify the nature of newly isolated virus,BV147.Methods\ PCR was used for B virus DNA and the PCR products were sequenced.Results\ The partial gene of newly isolated B virus showed 99.54% nucleotide identity over the corresponding region of strain E2490 of B virus in America,while only 89.91% over that of SA8.Conclusion\ The newly isolated culture was demonstrated to be B virus.\; |
