| We have constructed fusion gene expression vector,pCpl6G and pCGpl6,by instering pl6 gene into GFP gene N-and C-terminal respectively.The recombinant havebeen differentiated by the technology of restriction digest and electrophoresis.This study is the bese of establishing pl6 transgenia animal model and resarching its character. |
