| Abstract: |
| Transgene was measured by using PCR method in early embryo development of fertilized eggs in this paper. 100%,77.7% and 44.4% retention of foreign gene were achieved in 1,2 and 88 cellstage resprectively. This result showed that transgene was missed in embryo development with time increasing. |
