糖尿病是以高血糖为特征的多因素引发的代谢性疾病,对人类的健康造成了严重威胁。 构建相应的糖尿病动物模型对研究其发病机制、预防、诊断及新治疗药物的筛选具有十分重要的意义。本文在概述自发性和诱导性Ⅱ型糖尿病动物模型构建的基础上,重点阐述了利用基因工程技术构建Ⅱ型糖尿病动物模型的方法,并探讨了各种构建方法的优缺点,旨在为揭示糖尿病的发病机制及治疗提供合适的动物模型。 |

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia and caused by many factors. Diabetes poses a serious threat to human health. It is of great significance to construct a corresponding animal model of diabetes to study its pathogenesis, prevention, and diagnosis and to screen new drugs. On the basis of summarizing the construction of animal models of spontaneous and induced type II diabetes, this paper focused on the construction of animal models of type II diabetes using genetic engineering technology and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of various construction method to provide appropriate animal models for unraveling the pathogenesis and treatment of diabetes. |
